And if you buy foam and workers can't fit them, the reusables start looking pretty good. There's no universally correct answer. The right answer is the one your crew will actually wear.
Step 5: Track cost per month, not price per item
The metric that changed how I buy PPE is painfully simple. I add three columns to the cost tracking sheet: price, expected lifespan, and cost per month of use.
